How to Send a Complaint to Supportedmonthly Pest Control

Last updated: October 2026

We want homeowners who contact Supportedmonthly Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Supportedmonthly Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Know the limits, though. Supportedmonthly Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Texas.

How to File

Email contact@supportedmonthly.property. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Happens After

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle it, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
